Brazil Imported Toys

巴西政府2009年1月1日 公佈一項控制進口玩具品質的緊急法令，對進口玩具的品質進行管控。

2008年10月30日，巴西政府提案修改進口政策，主要內容包括：

1. 符合性認證：

  • 如果玩具的零部件進口僅以生產為目的，而非像玩具一樣作商業銷售，則無需進行強制的符合性認證；
  • 根據不同情況，玩具或玩具零部件必須依據 Brazil Accreditation ISO9001 : 2008 認證體系進行認證。

2. 合格標籤：

  • 所有進口玩具必須貼上合格標誌；
  • 只有經過認證的產品才能加貼合格標籤，不允許在玩具的包裝上預先印刷合格標籤。

3. 測試報告：

  • 接受 SGS 實驗室出具的測試報告(NM 300)；
  • 測試報告必須使用葡萄牙語，並帶有簽發機構授權的簽名和聯繫方式；
  • 出具測試報告的實驗室必須通過國際實驗室認可合作組織(ILAC)簽名認可機構或巴西國家認可機構(INMETRO)的認可；
  • 巴西境外測試的所有產品必須在巴西由巴西實驗室/認證機構進行以下補充測試，以驗證其符合性：
  • 一般測試：機械與物理性能
  • 化學測試：某些元素的遷移
